About

A small clinic built around long visits and real data.

Evergreen Health Partners was founded on a simple belief: good longevity care needs both a room you can walk into and a physician with time to think.

Our Mission

Catch the drift years before it becomes a diagnosis.

We measure what matters, explain every number, and treat only what the evidence supports — then retest so you can see whether it worked.

“Every recommendation has to survive one test: would we do this for our own family, with these same lab results in front of us?”

Values

What guides our work.

  • See a Person, Not a Portal

There is a real clinic with a real door. Technology should remove errands, not remove people.

  • Test, Don't Guess

Every recommendation traces back to a measurement we took and can take again.

  • Continuity

The same physician and the same coordinator, visit after visit, year after year.

  • Honest Medicine

We say no to therapies without evidence, even when members ask for them by name.

  • Transparent Pricing

Flat membership pricing, published add-on costs, and no surprise bills after the fact.

Care Team

The team you actually see.

The same physician and the same coordinator, visit after visit — no rotating bench.
